Rules for using SlapNote.

These terms describe how SlapNote may be used and outline the limits of responsibility for the product and its related services.

1. Use of service

By using SlapNote, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under it.

2. Intellectual property

We do not claim ownership of your notes and data. However, the SlapNote software, branding, interface, graphics, and related materials remain the property of Paracosmos Studio Inc. and may not be reused without prior written consent.

3. Limitation of liability

SlapNote is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Paracosmos Studio Inc. is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use SlapNote, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

4. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of SlapNote after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
